A person reads your prescription and confirms the numbers back to you. If you chose to send it later, the order waits here.

Lenses made
Surfaced to your prescription, coated, edged to your frame and centred to your PD.

Checked and packed
Every pair is verified against your prescription under magnification, then boxed with a case and cloth.

Dispatched, tracked
You get the tracking link the moment the parcel leaves. A signature is needed on delivery.

Live in them for a few weeks: work, screens, the school run. New lenses can take a few days to settle and that is normal.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. One line is enough: too tight, too strong, just not me.

Post them back
We send you a prepaid returns label. Drop the pair at any post point, box and case included.

The money lands back on your card within a few working days of the pair reaching us. No restocking fee, no small print.

12-month warranty
Manufacturing faults in the frame (hinges, joints, finish) and in the lens coatings (peeling, crazing) for 12 months from delivery. Repaired or replaced at our cost.
Not covered
Accidental damage, scratches from normal use, loss, and damage from heat, chemicals or adjustments made elsewhere.
To claim
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the fault. If it is covered we send a prepaid label.
